Cirripod Lion

99 in stock

Sculpted by Ross Whitehorn. Painted by Neil Hubbard.

This miniature is cast in resin and is supplied unassembled without a base.

The Cirripod Lion, often called the “Goliath” is not actually a Cirripod, but a predator that inhabits the shells of Cirripods it has either eaten or found vacant. Being the largest shelled creatures in their environment, they seek out the Cirripods should they grow too large for their existing shell, or it becomes damaged.
